Michiel is the co-founder of Forci and focuses on creating life changing experiences. He is a passionate adventurer, certified coach, breath teacher, facilitator, a father and is driven by positive energy to help you feel alive. After 9 years of entrepreneurship, up’s and down’s, he went deep within. Solo travel through Tibet and Nepal, a trail in Africa and a memorable nature trail in Italy brought about a long lasting shift in life. After a lot of “homework” he dedicates his time sharing what he has learned over the years, via trails, retreats and coaching in the surrounding of Forci. A regenerative living estate, where it all comes together with a holistic view on well-being with nature at the center of everything, focussing on a lifestyle change as medicine. 

Kristofer Twofeathers, sun dancer from the Lakota tradition, was trained thanks to the numerous teachings received from the wisdom of various medicine men and women from different Native American traditions. For over 20 years he has been conducting numerous ceremonies in Italy and in Europe such as the Inipi, the sweat lodge, fasting ceremonies and various ceremonial dances. He believes that these ancient rituals should not be lost because they constitute a great source of healing, they give us the opportunity to reconnect with our true nature, with Mother Earth and with the entire universe. Ceremonies create magic and in these special moments we become aware that we are in relationship with everything that surrounds us and we return to be newborns, simple beings amazed by the beauty that is all around us.

After graduating in 2009 at “Alma, Scuola Internazionale di Cucina Italiana”, Marco moved to Paris. He spent 6 years there exploring French gastronomy, first working in Michelin starred restaurants (Saturne, Passage 53) and then moving to the culinary current “Bistronomie” (Chateaubriand, Passerini). Marco spent from 2016 to 2020 working in Spain as Souschef at “Nobu”, improving his knowledge of Asian and International cuisine, and the general management of a large brigade. In 2021 he takes the Lead of Villa Lena’s kitchen as Executive Chef , a Luxury Agriturismo in the heart of Tuscany. There he renewed the Restaurant to give a Modern, Farm to Table in-print to the restaurant, collaborating with Gigi Nencioni (the gardener) to create a menu that both represent the “Terroire”.​​​​​​ “My cuisine is always focused on the product, celebrating seasonality and what is from the local area. The best ingredients are those that are organic and homegrown.”
