Made from the dregs of the pressed grapes from the Forci estate, taken right after the harvest to Paganico, near Grosseto, to the Nannoni Artigiana Distillery where it is processed and bottled. It gets as strong as 42% alcohol.

Production: about 1.000 numbered bottles per year



This grappa is aged for at least five years in oak casks from Nevers, in the Bourgogne region of France. The wood gives it its colour. It also boasts 42% alcohol.
